​We have been working with steel products for over 35 years. Most importantly we believe in quality and taking time to make our products with care, so you can enjoy them for very long time. The concept for Art in Metal was inspired by own need to make tractor accessories for our Kubota BX tractor. We wanted to get stumps out of the ground, and be able to move dirt, mulch, clay and other materials more effectively around our home. Jim is a keen engineer, inventor and all-round metal worker and so Art in Metal was born. We figured if we needed these things chances are someone else might too! We believe in Australian made manufacturing and we also support our local community.

There are several ways to contact us below. Please feel free to ask for custom metal products, we can make just about anything out of steel. We are able to cut and fabricate steel up to 50mm. 

​We are very pleased to tell you we make our products in our own workshop, and we are a local Queensland owned small business. 
Where possible we use local suppliers in our area for raw materials and services, to support Australian local owned businesses.
